BILL COLEMAN is the bassist and puts the bass lines "deep in the pocket."

A veteran of numerous bands from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York area, he even did a short stint on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Bill plays both four and five string basses and provides vocals as well.

Dave Anderson

DAVE ANDERSON is not only a respected jazz guitarist but probably one of the funkiest guitarists around.

As a child, a frequent visitor to his house in New Jersey was his father's good friend, Les Paul. That may have had some small influence on him. He's played in many venues from New York to Virginia and beyond. Dave is also adept at slide guitar, which he plays with the band from time to time.

Jack Mead

Jack, who has played with such artists as George Wesley and W.C. Handy Award Nominee Clarence Spady, is a consummate soloist. Jack regularly is on call as a sax player for many local artists and sits in with various jazz ensembles, including the Marywood University Jazz Band.

Rick Belza

Keyboardist RICK BELZA has honed his chops on the Hammond organ with many great performers. He has been in bands that have backed up such notables as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, comedian Pat Cooper and many others. Rick has been in broadcasting for 20 years. Rick has great feel for the rhythms of the Big Easy.

Bob Scorey

Drummer Bob Scorey is pretty funky. Scorey produces some serious funk, latin and afro rhythms as the percussive foundation for Funk 'n' Gumbo. He has performed with the band Grain and also performs on percussion with The Woody Brown Project in NEPA.
